"My son and I were in Denton visiting my family from Austin and his lower permanent retainer came loose. I called the on call number for Smile Doctors in Austin and they connected me with Smile Doctors of Denton for an emergency Saturday visit to assist my son. Cynthia, the Denton on call technician, texted me in the morning to let us know she was there and greated us upon arrival. She was extremely knowledgeable and considerate of my son’s sensitivity with his teeth. She made us a removable retainer very quickly and had us on our way within 30 minutes of our appointment time. My son even said as we were leaving that we should drive from Austin for his check ups just to see Cynthia again.
