Dr. Hutto has been practicing orthodontics in Texas since 1982. He attended Baylor University in Waco as an undergraduate and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and orthodontic specialist certificate from Baylor College of Dentistry in Dallas. Dr. Hutto is board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics.
From 2000 to 2014, Dr. Hutto was a clinical instructor for the graduate orthodontic program at Baylor College of Dentistry. He was elected to Omicron Kappa Upsilon and maintains active memberships in the American Association of Orthodontists, Southwest Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, and Texas Dental Association.
Dr. Hutto has six grandsons and spends his spare time with them water skiing, snow skiing, biking, traveling, and attending their sporting events.
As a board-certified orthodontist since 1982, Dr. Hutto is proud to bring his decades of specialized smile expertise to our patient families in Little Elm and the surrounding Lake Lewisville communities.

We had our first appointment with Dr. Hutto and his team today, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. We were especially impressed with how quickly they were able to get us in and get my daughter’s braces started.From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel welcome. Sherika was wonderful she took the time to explain every detail, answered all of our questions, and made the entire process easy to understand. Dr. Hutto and Kalen were equally amazing, making sure my daughter was comfortable throughout the appointment and that everything was taken care of before we left.The entire team was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making this a positive experience for both of us. We are excited to continue this journey over the next couple of years and look forward to seeing my daughter’s smile transform with such an incredible team.
