"We were referred to this orthodontist by the dentist for my 11 year old. We walked over and they were able to see us pretty quick for an initial consultation. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and explained how to get our account set up. The staff explained things thoroughly to myself and my son, who was very excited to get braces. The staff accommodated us and got my son set up on his new journey and they made sure to explain to him the do’s and don’ts for this 2 year process."

"I visited Smile Doctors for the first time yesterday as a new patient and I’m so happy that I chose them to continue my ortho treatment. Leah was absolutely AMAZING from the time I walked in to the time I left. "Love Smiles Doctors Braces!! The staff is always very kind and they genuinely care about their patients. They constantly try and make sure your wires, brackets, etc are as comfortable as possible. They are very gentle when handling your mouth, and Jojo at the front desk is always kind, patient, helpful and there to greet you with a smile. Their on-call staff was quick with a response when I needed them and the price is very reasonable. When you go in you can see how the staff works together as a team. I couldn't have picked a better orthodontist to care for my smile."

She explained each process to me slowly, and ensured that I understood. Even when I needed her to repeat anything, she did so patiently and caringly.
