Initially, I was told I would need 2.5 years of braces, but thanks to their expert guidance and supportive care, I surpassed expectations and was out of my braces a whole year earlier!

"Myself and my daughter both needed braces. I researched several orthodontics in our area. Dr. Patel’s website stood out above the rest. It was just something about it. We went in for our consultation and was blown away. The Keller location is stunning! His staff was warm and welcoming. We got to meet Dr. Patel and let me tell you he is the kindest and gentlest soul. He was honest and did not make me feel like he was selling us the moon and the stars. He listened and helped us create a path forward towards that million dollar smile. They are upfront with their pricing and don’t nickel and dime you.I had another consultation before him and they pushed the lingual behind the teeth braces. She didn’t listen to what I wanted. Everyone that orthodontist saw had the same braces and the same lisp. Plus she told me I’d have to do tongue training for 6 months first. When I told her that’s not really what I wanted she gave me other options all of which were more expensive. While she continued to push the lingual braces.You will love Dr. Patel and his staff and I hope my 18 months to fly by."

I had my braces for 2 1/2 years and throughout every visit the staff was nice and the atmosphere was comfortable. Overall it was a great experience for me and wasn't complicated whatsoever. Her treatment plan was a complex one that involved coordination with our dentist for a tooth extraction and cavity fillings, and realignment of a wayward tooth. Dr. Patel was diligent in managing all of this. "Dr. Patel and his staff are just the most amazing people in Ortodontics. I have had braces 3x in the past 16 years. So this was not my first go around. They pay attention to detail, explained everything little step as to what they were doing and the reasoning behind it. When ever there was a issue may it be a bracket coming off or my power chain coming off they were quick to get me in to get the issue resolved. These were normal issues that come with having braces.I love my Othordontist and I know you will to. "From the moment we stepped into the office we knew we would have a superb experience. The staff go out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. Firstly we took my eldest for a consultation and DR Patel said no braces would be needed at that time. This gave us instant reassure that they won't do unnecessary work. My next son did need braces due to one molar tooth being 180 degrees rotated. The work started early February and by May the tooth was sitting almost perfect in place!! I just find that amazing. The staff are incredible and really putmy son at ease. I cannot recommend this orthodontist enough if I could give a higher rating of 5 stars I certainly would. I have and would continue to recommend them."

"I am 30 years old and I went into the initial consultation with the fear of having to get braces for the third time in my life. Dr. Patel was very understanding of the difficulties of having braces as an adult. He was very understanding and receptive to my concerns and treatment goals. Dr. Patel was able to tailor a treatment plan that would get me to my goal without having to use metal brackets "old school braces" for my treatment.Through out the duration of the treatment I did not have a single problem or concern that was not address immediately by Dr. Patel or his staff. "As an adult I've had braces previously but have been considering having Invisalign. Based on a recommendation from a friend I went to Dr Anthony Patel. It was a terrific experience!! Vicki welcomed me to the exam and explained all of my options. She has a great spirit and beautiful smile (courtesy of Dr Patel). Dr Patel joined us and made me feel very comfortable. They discussed all my options, insurance etc. I feel very comfortable choosing them for Invisalign. Before I start treatment I decided to get a retainer. I have a smaller mouth and have always been cautious about the process. Nicole did a great job of walking me through everything and putting me at ease."

"Seven years ago I met Dr. Patel and explained how I had been through two sets of braces as a teenager and my teeth are still not straight. After one year of adult treatment, my teeth could not be straighter. After the braces were removed, my friends told me how I smile bigger and more often. I never realize how self conscious I was. During my visits my son would come with me to appointments. Dr. Patel starting watching his teeth during the last several years and gave us good advice on how to limit the amount of time braces would be needed. Dr. Patel and his staff keep you well informed of progress and truly care about their patients. I wouldn't have trusted my sons treatment to anyone else. BIG SMILES!!!"
"It is very rare when you find a health care provider like Dr. Patel. You truly feel as though he cares. He is candid, personable, intelligent and professional. Even though he's busy, you feel like you're the only people there because he never rushes with each patient and never makes you feel like just another patient. This is a unique quality these days. "I don't even have the words to describe how INCREDIBLE Dr Patel and his staff are!! We took our oldest son to Dr Patel in June 2013 and now our second son today, 8/11/15. Let me just say, you will NEVER find an orthodontist more professional, knowledgeable, HONEST, genuine, and flat out fun, than Dr. Anthony Patel! We have also moved 40 minutes away, but I would have driven 2hrs if I had to. We LOVE this office, all of them! It was no surprise to me that they were totally booked, however, they were willing to work us in!! "One word, Awesome!!If you are looking for a great Orthodontist, your search should stop here and your orthodontic treatment should start with Dr. Anthony Patel and his friendly staff.It was by chance that I consulted Dr. Patel (my dentist during my semi-annual checkup mentioned that I should consult Dr. Patel to get my crowded teeth and bite problem rectified) and I thank my dentist for referring me to Dr. Patel.Frankly speaking, before I met Dr. Patel, I did not have any hopes of getting my teeth straightened out. During my first visit, met this enthusiastic lady by name Vicki who gave me a tour of the Keller office and then introduced me to Dr. Patel. Dr. Patel, after taking a look at my teeth, mentioned my case on a scale of 1-10 (1 being perfect, 10 being worst) was at around 7 or 8 . However, he assured me that he would be able to straighten it out (rectify the crowded teeth, bite problem and also mid line correction) but it would take time (18 to 24 months). He also mentioned that it was a team effort (his team and me included) as I have to follow the instructions (while wearing braces, rubber bands, etc.). Dr. Patel’s words gave me lot of confidence and I decided to get on board with the orthodontic treatment. Vicki went over the payment plans and once everything was finalized, the journey began.As the Keller location name says (Alliance Orthodontics), this was a great alliance. The facility (both Keller and Southlake locations that I used to visit) are awesome. The ever smiling Diane and Paula will welcome you as soon as you get inside the office and will schedule your next appointment that works for you while you are leaving. During my entire treatment, on the scheduled appointment date, I was never made to wait more than 5 mins. Dr. Patel’s team of Dental Assistants were fabulous. They used to do the initial checking of the braces and then adjust it as per Dr. Patel’s instructions after he had taken a look. Now, coming to Dr. Patel. I felt like I was never a patient but a long time friend. He used to ask me how I was feeling, provide me info on the progress he was seeing from previous visit, discuss the next steps in detail, and more importantly, he used to listen to all the questions I had and answered them patiently. As Dr. Patel had predicted, my treatment took about 2 years, but it did not feel like it was that long. Honestly, I used to wait for my appointments to review the progress. My treatment was a success and now I can smile confidently.Sorry for the long review. But words fall short to describe this wonderful team. Believe me; you will not repent if you get your Orthodontic treatment from Dr. Patel and his wonderful team."

"We moved to Southlake 5 months ago and needed to find an orthodontist for my daughter. We visited 3 other area orthodontist and this was the office both my daughter and I agreed on. Within 6 weeks of having her braces put on my daughters smile improved 100% and her teeth were suddenly straight. My daughter has had her braces on since May and after numerous office visits I can confidently say Dr. Patel is a great orthodontist. The staff is always pleasant, the office is neat and clean and if I want I can go back with my daughter for her appointment. Dr Patel has a great rate with my dental insurance so I get great service at a great price. And we have never been charged for a broken bracket! We are extremely happy with Dr. Patel."

I can't say enough about the difference you feel upon coming into this office compared to other doctor offices. It's always a pleasurable experience.
