"We were referred to this orthodontist by the dentist for my 11 year old. We walked over and they were able to see us pretty quick for an initial consultation. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and explained how to get our account set up. The staff explained things thoroughly to myself and my son, who was very excited to get braces. The staff accommodated us and got my son set up on his new journey and they made sure to explain to him the do’s and don’ts for this 2 year process."

Everyone that orthodontist saw had the same braces and the same lisp. Plus she told me I’d have to do tongue training for 6 months first. When I told her that’s not really what I wanted she gave me other options all of which were more expensive. "Dr. Patel and his staff are just the most amazing people in Ortodontics. I have had braces 3x in the past 16 years. So this was not my first go around. They pay attention to detail, explained everything little step as to what they were doing and the reasoning behind it. When ever there was a issue may it be a bracket coming off or my power chain coming off they were quick to get me in to get the issue resolved. These were normal issues that come with having braces.I love my Othordontist and I know you will to. Most companies would try to get you in right away. Those actions created trust with us.Every time she went in, it was a fantastic customer experience. The staff was kind and focused on the patient and the customer and spoke to us on the progress and next steps.Finally, yesterday the braces came off after 2.5 years. It was a special day for our family, and the Dr and Megan helped us celebrate.Bottom line, if you are looking for a team that cares about your needs, you can do no better than to check them out!"

He truly cares for the overall experience and outcome of your smile. We are correcting my smile and overbite (we started with Invisalign but I am not as good of a patient as Dr. Patel is an orthodontist. If I were, we’d be done or near done with treatment by now). Dr. Patel has been extremely informative and accommodating with me throughout my process! As mentioned, I’m not the ideal Invisalign patient, so I expressed my concerns to Dr. Patel and we are adjusting my treatment to something that works better for me. "Everyone in this office is amazing! They were able to get us (my son) in the very next day. The office is beautifully decorated like a luxurious spa. The check in process was easy. They took thorough high tech images to assess what my son really needed. The treatment coordinator (Amy) then explained the treatment plan and the cost very clearly without any pressure. I was comfortable signing the contract right then. My son wanted to get the braces right away, but they were short on assistants. At first she offered to schedule for another day, but my son was insistent. The coordinator went to talk to the doctor and the staff members and they were able to squeeze him in. They originally planed to put one of the braces in as the time was limited, but they ended up installing both (as my son wanted)! They worked well into their lunch hour to take care of my son. I'm so impressed how patient oriented they are! Their customer service and skills are top notch. We are very happy with our experience with this office and highly recommend to anyone!"
