"We were referred to this orthodontist by the dentist for my 11 year old. We walked over and they were able to see us pretty quick for an initial consultation. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and explained how to get our account set up. The staff explained things thoroughly to myself and my son, who was very excited to get braces. The staff accommodated us and got my son set up on his new journey and they made sure to explain to him the do’s and don’ts for this 2 year process."

"My daughter is in Denton for college. She broke her retainer (the permanent one) I called several orthodontist offices to try to get her in with no luck. When I called Smile, Leah was so sweet and got my daughter in the same day! They were able to get the retainer glued back on with minimal fees and wait time. I highly recommend them"

Her energy, knowledge, positivity, and friendliness was AMAZING and made me feel like less of a new patient but right at home 🙂 The atmosphere was awesome. Leah made my first experience with Smile Doctors unforgettable and the absolute best. The entire office was neat and clean. Dr. Wang and Lenny were also great to work with. "Love Smiles Doctors Braces!! The staff is always very kind and they genuinely care about their patients. They constantly try and make sure your wires, brackets, etc are as comfortable as possible. They are very gentle when handling your mouth, and Jojo at the front desk is always kind, patient, helpful and there to greet you with a smile. Their on-call staff was quick with a response when I needed them and the price is very reasonable. When you go in you can see how the staff works together as a team. I couldn't have picked a better orthodontist to care for my smile."

"Lisa is amazing! I had my wisdom teeth removed mid treatment so my Invisalign trays ended up catching on my cheek in that area. Lisa went above and beyond by hand trimming ALL 40 of my Invisalign trays! Now they fit with no issues at all!"

"My son and I were in Denton visiting my family from Austin and his lower permanent retainer came loose. I called the on call number for Smile Doctors in Austin and they connected me with Smile Doctors of Denton for an emergency Saturday visit to assist my son. Cynthia, the Denton on call technician, texted me in the morning to let us know she was there and greated us upon arrival. She was extremely knowledgeable and considerate of my son’s sensitivity with his teeth. She made us a removable retainer very quickly and had us on our way within 30 minutes of our appointment time. My son even said as we were leaving that we should drive from Austin for his check ups just to see Cynthia again. Thanks so much for helping us when we were out of town and sharing your passion for beautiful smiles!"
