I received a follow up welcome call and text before our actual office visit to discuss any questions, set expectations. Once there..although pretty busy,..we were checked in and seen rather quickly. The office environment is classy casual, modern, spacious….gaming systems, televisions, massage chair room. The staff could not have been any more kind and patient. I had a very positive experience at this Orthodontist. Brooke, the treatment Coordinator was so friendly and helpful making the experience very easy and positive. Unfortunately due to circumstances I couldn’t go forward with the treatment however Brooke understood the situation and helped me with the off boarding process. If I decide to go back to treatment I would definitely come back. Definitely recommended!
