We love Dr Patel tremendously. He’s great with the kids, no rush to do anything unnecessary, great at what he does, patient, and extremely friendly. He’s now had all 4 of my kids. Now that the last is in braces and he is With Smile Drs, it’s becoming ever so more difficult to get an appointment with him when told to come back in. As he’s at several locations now he has less availability. Your options are wait extra weeks to see him or see the other dr who does not know your case, child or our history. I will not go back and forth between drs. Tried twice and their opinions on next steps differ. It is becoming difficult to get a hold of someone when you call now. it’s a call center so more waiting or “push 1 for a call back,” much less someone at the actual office. This part is a true bummer.
